As your real estate consultant I will search out the properties which best meet your wishes.  Having read through your requirements we can talk or communicate by email and I will then send you links matching your requirements.  You then choose the ones you want to view, tell me when you will be here and I will make the appointments.

On the site I have set out a selection of different types of properties, from plots of land and restoration projects through to city apartments and luxury villas, to give you some ideas of what is available.

I have lived in Crete now for over 13 years and during that time worked in tourism and for over three in real estate in Chania. I initially worked exclusively as an associate with an agency in Chania, but also built up good relationships with other agencies.  During this time I came to recognise that although you have decided to buy a property and have a good idea of the type or area you want to buy there are a lot of other questions. It was this experience which led me to want to create something different in the area of Real Estate.
